Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounces baby red potatoes, halved
- 4 chicken breasts, tenderized
- 1 fresh head broccoli
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, honey, brown sugar, Dijon, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
- In a large sheet pan, place potatoes and chicken. Spread seasoning mixture, from step #2, on top of each chicken breast.
- Place sheet pan in oven and cook uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Rise broccoli and cut florets off the head of the broccoli.
- Add broccoli and cook dish for an additional 15 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
